So as to better handle complaints and save on trip cost charged by vendors, your Board has adopted the following procedure for maintenance:

   

                    Unless an emergency, maintenance items that come to the attention of        

       

                    Emergency items will receive priority and handled on an individual basis, as they occur.

 

                    Please refrain from complaining to or giving special instruction to the                

 

                    Many thanks to all the committees.  Each committee is excelling

 

 

If you are new in the communtiy and have not gotten a Directory, please contact Allie at Dickson Properties, or any of our Welcomiing Committee. (A second can be purchased for $2.00, as there is a limited supply).  

 

Please feel free to make any and all suggestions for improvements to LakeRidge.  Ours is a wonderful little enclave of active citizens who have great ideas.  Your Board wants to hear any and all input.  Only then can we make it an even better community in which to live.  Complaints and negative thoughts seldom yield good.  Your Board is willing to listen.
